ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING
Travel Congress takes place at Jaarbeurs, Utrecht. Parking lots P1 and P3 are not accessible during Travel Congress. This means that the number of parking spaces is limited. That is why we advise you to travel by public transport or to park at a P+R.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Jaarbeurs can easily be accessed using public transport. The venues are right next to Utrecht Central Station and all buses and trams stop at ‘Jaarbeursplein'. From the train station follow the signs ’Jaarbeursplein’. Before you leave, plan your trip and check the current travel times and detailed information at 9292.nl.
Park and ride
If you prefer to come by car, choose a P+R parking with bus or streetcar connection. From the highway, follow the P+R signs and park your car for only € 6,- at P+R Westraven. From P+R Westraven to Jaarbeurs, the travel time is about 15 minutes.With a combi ticket you travel with a maximum of 5 colleagues from the parking lot to the Jaarbeurs. This is how you travel together economically! A combi ticket is available at the payment terminal of the car park.
By car
Do you want to drive to the front door of the complex by car? That is possible, but the number of parking spaces is limited. You can only park at P2 or P4 during Travel Congress. Here you pay €22.50 or €4.25 per hour for a day ticket.RESERVE A PARKING SPACE BEFORE YOUR VISIT AND SAVE €2.50.
