Everyone has experience with it. Endless meetings. Micro management. Arguments about job titles. Politics. It is a daily reality in many companies. No one likes it. And it doesn’t appear to be necessary either, if you organise your team or company in a radically different way.
Entrepreneur and investor Daan Dohmen went on a quest with his business partner and three members of the Dutch Special Forces. How can they perform as near superhumans with small teams?
The result is a radically new way of organising, based on trust, focus and simplicity. In this way, small teams can make big steps forward quickly, as was demonstrated when Daan’s company Luscii not only switched to a four-day work week (with a five-day salary!), but simultaneously managed to launch in seven countries in Europe and Africa in just a few weeks without even one management meeting. Because managers and meetings have been abolished.
In this session, Daan and commando Richard share their insights on how to radically change the way you work, to create more fun and productivity, and how to translate this system to contribute to more impact and growth in the travel industry!
